I've done that, no help to receive there. No one seems to know what the error code 121003 mean so I'm wondering why you are creating error codes that you don't understand yourselves?

    Try deleting your windows live credentials following the steps provided by DorisHamme in a previous post

    I have the exact same problem.. started just after latest windows 10 update

    I can run game on any computer that I have not updated

    Yep, same here. Strange thing is, the internet connection is fine, and I can even log into Xbox Live, but for some reason, the game can't retrieve information. I checked the firewall, upgraded, run virus checking, even re-installed Windows 10 and the game, but the problem persists. 

    BTW, Microsoft MahJohng has slowed its response to the point of being unplayable, MS Sudoku has stopped working, and MS Ultimate Word Games has never worked, shutting down upon startup.

    Tried it, but it fails after just one game, same error message.

    Is there a way to COMPLETELY delete a Xbox live account and start over? apparently not, unless one wants to lose e-mail as well. 

    Oh, and I can't revert to an earlier version of Windows - somehow, "system restore" got shut off and all the restore points were deleted. 

    Goodbye, Microsoft Games. It was fun while it lasted.
