I've done that, no help to receive there. No one seems to know what the error code 121003 mean so I'm wondering why you are creating error codes that you don't understand yourselves?

    On my laptop and desktop I'm getting 102 or 121003. Every thing else connects to network just fine. The Xbox app accesses my account just fine.

    My bet is the xbox servers are again down.  This does not work from any device pc/phone or ipad.  If it was one, it might be the device, but all of them?  Nope.

    I am playing from my lap top, not from Xbox.  I am getting a message that says I have error 121003.  Please help.

    Totally agree with you.  Every time Windows updates, something screws up.

    In my case, I'm sure it is on Microsoft's side.  I had just re-installed Windows from scratch from a full backup of my PC.  When Microsoft got caught up to Windows 10  version 1803, is when things fell apart and  my problems began.  So between whatever cloud service they have created and Version 1803 of Windows 10.  Things got hopelessly messed up for me.  I have three other Windows 10 computers as well and my HP Pavilion X2 lost its audio capability on the upgrade.  I now have two relatively new Dell Inspirons (new as of December 12, 2017) that are working fairly well.  They'll probably break down with the next major Windows release next summer. 

    Microsoft is a pretty hopeless company as far as individual customers are concerned.  They make most of their profit by ripping off businesses with their Office 365 and cloud subscriptions.  They are making a ton of money on cloud services--which as we know, don't work very well.
