"Xbox Live error

There was a problem loading your data from the cloud

Please check the Microsoft Solitaire Collection FAQ at

https://aka.ms/mssolitairefaq and refer to error code:

121003"

I've done that, no help to receive there. No one seems to know what the error code 121003 mean so I'm wondering why you are creating error codes that you don't understand yourselves?

So you deleted the game and xbox from your smartphone and that fixed what you claim is microsofts problem?  That makes absolutely no sense.  Tou are connecting over 4g lte and when you delete the data associated with that connection everything works fine.  This means the lte connection was corrupting the data and microsofts servers could not synchronize the corrupted data with the clean data on their servers.  If the data was corrupted on their servers, you would not have been able to recover it by simply removing it from your phone.

I had a similar problem with the same issue via an lte connection that appeared to work fine for everything else via lte, but produced an error message with solitaire and xbox.  As soon as I connected via wifi on my smartphone, everything worked fine, indicating my phones data was not corrupted, but the lte connection was corrupting it in transit.  I know a little bit about lte connections as I connected 100 Cisco 2921 routers together over 4g lte connections in a major metropolitan area and surrounding county and i can tell you that simply having "connection" to the network does not guarantee successful transmission of data.  I could send PING packets all day long with no data loss but trying to send actual VOIP traffic over that same connection was not guaranteed.  4g is great, but it still cannot compare to most wired broadband and wifi.

I'm not sure what you do or did for a living if you're retired but at 61/62 years old, your ability to diagnose technical issues is beyond your capabilities.  Please leave that to the younger and trained professionals.

With this error cropping up on both PC's and like myself Android smartphones using 4Glte connections tends to lean towards this error cropping up if your data gets corrupted at the source and therefore cannot download correctly to the users device. ALL OTHER FUNCTIONS ON MY DEVICE WORKS!

My correction of the issue was to delete the game and XBox from my smartphone. This worked and I am no longer plagued by Mirosoft blaming myself and my device for THEIR ISSUES.

I was able to solve my issue by disabling the IPV6 support on my WRT1900AC (V1) router. I did a little more digging and found some discussions about the IPV6 support not being up to par on the older Linksys routers. Things are working much better now.

I have this problem on two laptops but a third works flawlessly so it cant be lost data as i sign in with the same account on all of my devices. !!

one laptop connected briefly one day not most of the time it will totally lock up the pc and it has to be rebooted. I have answered everytime the feedback hub asks why the computer restarted but the only thing i see different is the feedback hub stopped asking me why the computer locked up and restarted. LOL!!

So glad you were able to figure this out on your own.  Here I was thinking you needed to have training with databases and/or backup software/hardware and as it turns out all you need to be is some random person with access to the Internet and a grudge.
