​I confirmed what others suspected. Error code 121003 means your gamertag file on the cloud servers has been corrupted, and Microsoft won't admit it or fix it. Create a new gamertag with new e-mail. abandon the old.

Насколько я понял с машинного перевода, проблема кроется где-то в обновлениях. Откатился на v.17134.81 (сборка 1803) и ошибка действительно исчезла. Но это не решает проблему в целом, т.к. обновления можно только ПРИОСТАНОВИТЬ и через месяц, при следующих обновлениях, ошибка может появиться снова.

Just because someone may not word something just right doesn't make your point.  The mere FACT that there are HUNDREDS of others with the exact same error, both on phones and PCs, indicates that there is a mass problem with the same error code in the same game. 

Considering so many people are able to login some times, indicates that at times Microsoft is working but most times is not.  It is quite feasible that the gentleman with the phone hit upon a time when it worked in MS favor.  That doesn't relieve them of the problem and dump it in his lap! 

I'm here because my 80 plus parent has the same problem and I came to find out what's causing it.  I'm one of those 60 plus people you just made fun of, retired IBM Support/Field Engineer/Instructor.  Since nothing seemed to fix it and no one knew what was wrong and MS chose to blame the user, I did the most logical thing ... I backed out the update Windows did to her computer the day before she got the error.  Well how about that, the problem went away.  I believe my ability at my ripe old age to diagnose the problem is still spot on!  OK, I admit I didn't actually diagnose the exact problem.  But I narrowed it down to it being Microsoft's update that caused the error to appear on her computer.

So it isn't the phone's problem, which if he has a Samsung, I know just recently had an update as well.  And if you think about it, with all the comments from the all these other users, both from phones and PCs, having the exact same problem, it doesn't take a whole lot of diagnostic thinking power to narrow it down to which side of the router the problem is on.  You might want to consider a few manners in the future.

I cannot sign in to xbox, it just cuts internet connection. I've checked my internet connection and it works with everything else. I can play other games.  No other changes have been made.  Hoping you can help.
