Ms solitaire collection error code 121003

I am being told that I can't sign in to my Microsoft Solitaire Collection with a code 121003.  What is this and how do I get to sign in?

In windows10 left click the notification button in the bottom right,left click the setting button,then apps,in apps and features scroll down to microsoft solitaire collection left click then left click advanced options left click reset.this brings up a bow with reset on it,left click this.Once the tick appears you can start the game.when the 121003 code box appears click cancel,when it asks if this is your first time click the yes button,it will load your current stats so nothing is lost.only trouble is i have to do this everytime i shut the game down.

Hoping that your experience would be the same for me, I downloaded and reinstalled Solitaire again.  I got the same error 121003, and my computer went berserk as soon as I hit the Cancel button from the 121003 error.  

Константин В. Кузнецов  I don't have any ad blocker, so, although several people have mentioned that solution and it worked for them, it can't help me.  I simply don' have any "complicating" software on my PC.  Thanks for reporting your experience, though.

After the last update of windows 10, ít´s start working again! :-)
