I've done that, no help to receive there. No one seems to know what the error code 121003 mean so I'm wondering why you are creating error codes that you don't understand yourselves?

    JJ'ai malheureusement le même problème que vous depuis bientôt 1 mois hors qu'avec mon GSM j'ai toujours ma connection avec le cloud du jeu Solitaire Collection

    Don't know what you did, but thank you! Since arriving back at my dad's, which is where I have had problems, there have been none the last 2 days!

    Thanks again for addressing this issue before I deleted the app for good!

    Hi craig96! 

    Do you see Microsoft Solitaire Collection in your apps list in settings? If it's there and the Launch button is there, but you still can't launch it - try uninstalling and reinstalling it once more. Please let me know you're able to complete the rest of the steps after attempting this.
