I've done that, no help to receive there. No one seems to know what the error code 121003 mean so I'm wondering why you are creating error codes that you don't understand yourselves?

    Hello gentlemen,

    I have a problem with MS Solitaire Collection: it hangs by displaying this MSG.

    But MUWG is working properly.

    je viens de lire quelques courriers se plaignant des erreurs 124 et 121003 je vous conseillerai de vérifier votre débit Internet.

    voiture avec un mauvais débit les connections aux serveurs sont difficiles ce qui engendre les erreurs 124 et 121003

    je suis a l'ile de la reunion et apres un tempete le 23 avril je n'ai plus eu d'internet jusqu'a aujourd'hui 

    et je suis tombé sur les erreurs citées plus haut.

    si ma liaison est rétablie le débit en est altéré 

    quand avant j'avais un débit et 2 méga bits aujourd'hui il est 0,150 méga bits.

    en esperant que vous trouviez a vous depanner avec nos bafouilles

    Understand.  Sorry it doesn't work for you.  The reset feature is only a temporary fix for me.  I have to do it often.

    Hopefully we will get a fix when enough of us complain.

    I’m playing from a desktop and I can play the other Xbox games but not yhe solitaire collection without freezes and the infamous error code 121003.  If I reset the app, it will work for awhile.  I have ti reset it each day.

    Affects only solitaire played on a tablet. Works fine on desktop computer, and mahjong works on both. Both are running Windows 10.

    Solitaire is able to "sign in" but stalls with error 121003 message during "syncing data"

    Only changes made are windows update on both machines.

    Troubleshooting steps: Can sometimes get solitaire to work on the laptop by starting it from Microsoft store, from xbox live, and starting Mahjong first. Neither solution is a predictable workaround. 

    Signing in and out of xbox does not help.
