"Xbox Live error

There was a problem loading your data from the cloud

Please check the Microsoft Solitaire Collection FAQ at

https://aka.ms/mssolitairefaq and refer to error code:

121003"

I've done that, no help to receive there. No one seems to know what the error code 121003 mean so I'm wondering why you are creating error codes that you don't understand yourselves?

Just to join: I am getting the same error, and this has been since installation of feature update 1803 (which came to me only a few days ago).

While the application is freezing, I can see a service called "Web Account Manager"/TokenBroker consuming about 100% of my CPUs. It freezes the whole computer for many minutes.

Only sometimes the connection succeeds and I can play, but this is only once in about 20 or 30 times I try.

Other casual games (Jigsaw, Mahjongg) do not have this issue, they connect in seconds.

There is a problem with Xbox and chrome.  I’ve managed to learn data is stored in cloud so if you click reset of the app which is faster than uninstall and install, it will be there.  I got that info from Xbox support.  Microsoft tech is no help.  Obviously, the new update is awful.  There were changes ti my desktop too.

When I turned on my computer this morning, I played some games from the Microsoft  Solitaire Collection.  I received a message that there was a Windows 10 update.  It took most of the morning to update the system.  When I went back to the Solitaire Collection, the system was slow to respond and I would get error code 121003.  Is there a problem with the Windows 10 update?

I have this problem on two laptops but a third works flawlessly so it cant be lost data as i sign in with the same account on all of my devices. !!

one laptop connected briefly one day not most of the time it will totally lock up the pc and it has to be rebooted. I have answered everytime the feedback hub asks why the computer restarted but the only thing i see different is the feedback hub stopped asking me why the computer locked up and restarted. LOL!!

So glad you were able to figure this out on your own.  Here I was thinking you needed to have training with databases and/or backup software/hardware and as it turns out all you need to be is some random person with access to the Internet and a grudge.
