I've done that, no help to receive there. No one seems to know what the error code 121003 mean so I'm wondering why you are creating error codes that you don't understand yourselves?

    Well that didn't work.  I have to completely delete the game and reinstall. Today, even that is not working.  I can sign in, but I get the error code when it is syncing data to the cloud. I have no also gotten error 124 a few times today.  That is a new one for me.  

    I just do not understand why I have no problems where I have wi-fi only be here where I have wi-fi and 4G.

    I will try that when I get back to my dad's. I always felt the cache wasn't clearing or game was not completely closing.

    You shouldn't need to clear the cache, just do a force stop and then reopen the game like normal.

    On Samsung tablet, I was able to fix the error by going to the app info for the game (On the tablet, click Apps, find the game, hold and drag the icon to App Info). I then did a Force Stop of the app (clicked okay on the "this may cause errors" pop up). I then opened the game like normal, and it connected with no issues, no data loss.

    I will try that when I get back to my dad's. I always felt the cache wasn't clearing or game was not completely closing.

    I have been having same problem for past 24 hours, I have closed the app, uninstalled the app and rebooted and still get error, have even tried another device and still cannot resolve this problem

    Those are the steps I follow at my dad's.  However, I also have to disable wi-fi before reopening game.
