"Xbox Live error

There was a problem loading your data from the cloud

Please check the Microsoft Solitaire Collection FAQ at

https://aka.ms/mssolitairefaq and refer to error code:

121003"

I've done that, no help to receive there. No one seems to know what the error code 121003 mean so I'm wondering why you are creating error codes that you don't understand yourselves?

I want to let everyone know what I just discovered. Maybe it will help you.

I did not start getting this error code on my Galaxy Note until about 3 weeks ago. I live in an area where there there is no cell signal. At home I use wi-fi and an ATT micro tower for service.

I have been staying at my dad's for the past few weeks. He has wi-fi and cell service.  His house is where I began having issues.  It became progressively worse, seeming to spread to other games.

I went to ATT for help and they got rid of some duplicate programs I didn't realize I had. Voila! Solitaire came right up! I rushed to my dad's, excited to play without issue. No such luck. All of the other games were fixed but not this one.

Today I came back home (where I have no cell service without wi-fi) and, lo and behold, Solitaire is working like a champ! I do not know why this is, but I wanted to let everyone know so that maybe someone with more technical knowledge than me can figure out what is going on.

Error code 121003 means Xbox or Microsoft cannot access your cloud data.  Can you play as a guest?  If so, the Xbox app is probably ok.  What you can try is to either reset the solitaire collection app or uninstall and reinstall it.  Your data is safe in the cloud and will show up when you sign in.  You can perform either function by right clicking the solitaire app and following instructions.  My operating system is Windows 10.  Things went wrong when Windows 10 updated a couple of months ago.  Also the Microsoft Solitaire Collection app for Windows 10 updated too.  This worked for me but I had to do it several times.

If Xbox is not working, try resetting or reinstalling Xbox.   I believe though it's your game app that needs fixing.  It helps to restart your PC after resetting or reinstalling.
