My problem also. 121003 error. Can not find any help. Xbox says it's not their problem and Windows says it's not theirs.
Ms solitaire collection error code 121003
"Xbox Live error
There was a problem loading your data from the cloud
Please check the Microsoft Solitaire Collection FAQ at
https://aka.ms/mssolitairefaq and refer to error code:
121003"
I've done that, no help to receive there. No one seems to know what the error code 121003 mean so I'm wondering why you are creating error codes that you don't understand yourselves?

2018-05-17T00:23:50+00:00 I was able to solve this issue on my computer by doing the following:
- Type "Credential Manager" in the windows search bar (or find it on your Control Panel)
- Choose the "Credential Manager" application
- Click on the "Windows Credentials" section
- Look for any windows "live" credentials in the "Generic Credentials" section an remove them (don't worry about deleting these items... it just means you will be prompted for a password the next time it needs this information)
- Try running your app again and it should now sync without issue.

2018-02-10T16:42:14+00:00 I get this same error, but only when connected to Wi-Fi. I turn Wi-Fi off and it works.
Coincidentally, the same thing happens with my Office365 account (Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync). My contacts don't update and I have to delete and re-add my Office365 account but it will only connect to the server and add the account if Wi-Fi is off.
