No this issue is not resolved. I have had this issue all morning on a SD movie. It has stopped numerous time with this error code.

Internet speed on my end is looking great and 4K content is streaming just fine on other apps.

Had the same issue last night at about the same time on a different purchase.
Located in MA, seems to only been nights and weekends, other streaming services working fine, and never experienced the issue until upgrading to One X.
I will stop purchasing and go back to DVDs if the problem persists.
