    Have you tried this?:

Unsubscribe: On the question, select the ellipsis (...) and then select Unsubscribe.

I don’t see the button on the mobile site but maybe the desktop version has it.

I have noticed the same thing with the error code 0x000005b4, after renting a movie. Which I get frustrated with dealing with it; and after the issue is resolved by playing the waiting game, the movie that was rented is no longer viewable. The steps that have been taken are as follows....

    1. Backed completely out of the microsoft video and restarted it.
    2. Went into the settings to see if I had a stable connection with the internet and a fast enough speed to run said video. Anything greater than 5mb/S is sufficient.
    3. Checked to see if anything was currently downloading that could prevent movie from playing.
    4. Wiped download que and started microsoft video. Ended with same error code 0x000005b4.
    5. Did a complete hard reset of xbox one S system. Still same result.
    6. Did complete hard reset and modem restart, no change.

Those are the steps I had taken minus a factory reset. 1 or all of these should have fixed the problem, until I noticed a pattern.

If you go under your network settings and check your network, you will see current network status.

    It will give you;

    NAT Type: Moderate/Open (either or)

Then under that will have the microsoft issue.....

    UPnP not successful

Then it proceeds to give you a link to follow which has little to no information on that either. But also says "All services are available".

From what I can gather; I am no Tech, or electronic guru, it effects the multiplayer abilities of the Xbox system and/or the streaming capabilities of the system itself.

Now in saying this if you have made a purchase of a movie in the past where you have bought it out right it has no effect. It will play the entire movie through, which is not the case for a newly rented or purchased movie.

If there is a fix for this problem which I am sure there is a coding glitch somewhere, it can be fixed.

In an ending note I have been a long time Xbox supporter since the original brick xbox system. I am hoping that this issue is resolved most ricky tick. As I would have to be forced to going back to getting disk items and no longer digital.
