2019-09-16T03:13:22+00:00 I have hit this error the last two nights in a row. Other streaming services (netflix, hbo) but not Microsoft Movies and Tv. I am just streaming to a 1080p tv.

We CANNOT figure out how to delete our original question which is NO longer relevant, and we constantly see this popping up on our computer.
