I have experienced this a couple times using this the movie service. I solved my problem by using one of the other 6 movie streaming services that are available on my xbox.

After wasting about 12 to 20 on movie rentals that I couldn't get refunded, this seemed like the best option.

Ok so I just got this from xbox. Remove your profile from device. Power down, and remove from wall. 10 seconds go by. Fire it back up and redownload. It fixes it

We're not seeing an issue with the movie here.  Can you double check that error code and include any other information that was included in the error message?

    “Can’t play

Please try again.  If the problem continues, visit https://support.microsoft.com to check for guidance.

Paid $20 for this movie hours ago, and have yet to be able to get past the loading screen without getting thing message.  Xbox, your tv/movies streaming sucks.  The whole “no refund” thing is a bunch of bs too, seeing as how they never work.
