Yes I am done with Microsoft also.
I have encountered the same issue with two movies that I need to downgrade to be able to watch them.
I applied for a refund and was told no.
I asked them to delete the two movies in question and I would repurchase them (ripoff) and still no reply.
What kind of service is this?
I will be moving to Playstation as Xbox support is ****.
Does anyone know if this will ever get fixed? This is beyond annoying. I've shut down my Xbox multiple times and I still het this error msg. How do I go about getting a refund. This is horrible.
