Yea I'm currently getting this error. It's finally playing but buffers every 30 seconds.
So. After hours on hold with support some one there recommended I apply for a refund. So three days later they responded with a no. Still no way to play the movie and no way to try to purchase another copy through the store. Microsoft essentially told me and most likely the rest of us to go **** ourselves. So they lost a customer that has literally spent thousands of dollars with them this past year over a movie and shoddy customer service. I'm done. If you see this post, well you know what you're in for. Go to your bank or cc company and dispute the charges asap or you'll never see the money again.
