Its been four months now and none of my movies are working. Fair to note that all my affected movies are HD, not even UHD. I dont understand why Microsoft cant sort this out. I highly doubt they will honor a refund on 20+ titles. Has anyone else had any luck?

Same issue here for the past week+. It started mostly peak times - evenings and weekends - but its happening practically all the time. I have spent THOUSANDS on movies I’ve purchased through Xbox and can’t watch ANY OF THEM.
