2019-04-19T17:24:37+00:00 I have experienced this a couple times using this the movie service. I solved my problem by using one of the other 6 movie streaming services that are available on my xbox.
After wasting about 12 to 20 on movie rentals that I couldn't get refunded, this seemed like the best option.
