    This could be an IPv6 error.

    Check if your router has IPv6 enabled, and if so, try switching it off.

    This has been reported and being investigated further.

    All my UHD movies have same error at same time,

    same movies work fine on HD on laptop at same time

    Stupid Microsoft movie platform. I'm going to be asking for a refund for my entire library. What is the point if you can't watch it.

    Same issue still. Vox Lux on Xbox One in Australia. Trying to watch on the weekend. Netflix works fine.

    I have the same issue with all of my recently purchased UHD movies on xbox one - same error code 0x000005b4 - everything used to work great and now I cant watch any of my movies - xbox support has been no help at all - Need help
