I too am having an issue. Same error code. Movie worked for an hour then hits this error continuously... seems like a bandwidth issue. Unlikely on my end. 250 meg connection, download and install games from store at over 150 meg a sec. Movie went down as peek time came up. My guess is their infrastructure is overloaded and can't handle streaming HID. I am sure this is why you are getting no help. When stuff like this happens they never admit, they just upgrade infrastructure, don't say anything, and it's magically better days later... just a guess though

I am a disappointed customer sitting herd with only half the last jedi watched... wasted money :/

I tried this again when I got home last night and was able to play the movie again without any problems.  I suggest reaching out to customer support to see if there's anything they can do for you.  https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/contactus/

We're not seeing an issue with the movie here.  Can you double check that error code and include any other information that was included in the error message?
