I am having this same issue with a movie I've rented tonight.

    Suicide Squad: Hell To Pay

    USA

    10:00PM Pacific

    UHD

    EDIT:

I was able to continue to watch my movie by skipping back 20 seconds from the error point and using the jump 30 seconds forward button. It allowed me to hop over the broken sections of the movie. I had to do this twice during the movie.

I've been getting the 0x000005b4 error frequently over the past three weeks.  Other streaming apps work just fine.  I've contacted MSFT support, Xbox support, and have reported the issue within Xbox One's problem reporter MANY times.

Three weeks later, and the support staff still act like they've never heard of this error before.

How long are we expected to wait for the fix?  I'm certainly not purchasing anymore content through this service until it's rectified.

Im having the same issues. Ive even had my xbox replaced and it didnt fix it. I can stream them in the morning but the error occurs in the evenings. I can stream uhd through other apps and boxes just fine. MS has really messed something up.

    I have the same issue.

    1419274560

    1419088999

    1419007324

    1418433942

It appears to be what my company refers to as a "peak time" issue with your movies and tv service.  Evenings and weekends make movies unwatchable.  My bandwidth is fine, and I've had no issues with other streaming apps.

My wife and I have spent a few hundred dollars on movies that we can't seem to watch during our free time.  Chat support has been less than adequate to say the least, and I desperately would like to be able to watch the content that I've paid for.

No one seems to be taking this seriously.  You (Microsoft) have ZERO documentation on what this error code means, and getting this matter escalated to someone that might be able to do something about it has been like pulling teeth (and that's being generous).

    Please help.
