Yeah. This is getting overly ridiculous now. My wife and I have spent a few hundred dollars on movies from the store, and we haven't been able to watch any of them properly for months. Haven't bought anything new from the store (and absolutely refuse to until this is fixed). I'm almost beginning to feel like that we should be compensated for not being able to properly watch things that we've paid for.
Oh, agreed. I was more stating that as well. The problem is not on our end.
Trust me, it is not the internet on your end and the fact that we have to be happy it only happened twice is ridiculous.
I upgraded to cat7 cables, downloading at 80+ mbps and that may have helped some. I only got the error code twice while watching the deathly hallows part 1. It still ruins the whole movie experience. I don’t have any problems while watching uhd netflix movies.
Last night I attempted to watch Blade Runner 2049 in UHD. This is a 3 hour film and if buffered no less than 10 times throughout and finally flagged the 0x000005b4 error code. The movie was unwatchable and the experience was ruined.
