    Those that are receiving this error, can you post the following information:

    Name of the movie

    Country

    Time of playback attempt and time zone

    UHD/HD/SD

    Same issue with same playback error on my xbox one s this evening. Just purchased my first UHD from the Microsoft store hoping it would be better than Vudu.  The movie is Sicario Day of the Soldado and I am in the USA. My bandwidth is 200 Mbps which is more than ample. It must of froze 7 times. Terrible experience and definitely will not purchase anymore movies via the Microsoft store.

    0x000005b4.    Just bought Solo  Can't even watch    I want my money back.  Save your money and just buy the discs.   It is a RIP off.   And they won't do a damn thing about it.   Every other streaming app I have is doing 4k uhd without a problem.  Can't get more than 10 seconds a reboot.

    I have been experiencing playback and buffering issues for months with all my UHD purchased content through the Movies&TV app with no fix in sight. I have requested refunds for many of them since $30 is an outrageous price to pay per film when other providers offer them at half the price with no playback issues.

    I cannot continue to purchase content through Movies&TV as long as the servers cannot handle the playback load. This does happen more frequently during peak times as already stated and it is ridiculous it has gone on this long.

    And it is still going on several months later. Thanks for not fixing the issue Microsoft.

    I'm getting this error code also.  I'm wondering if this has something to do with xfinity, or comcast slowing down streaming to anyone not renting movies from them.  They just got the green light from this administration that they can go ahead and do that.  I didn't realize it had started already. Who here has comcast or xfinity for their internet service? Are we sure this is a xbox/Microsoft problem?

    Oh, so this is due to President Trump? Really?? It has nothing to do with Microsoft not having the infrastructure to support streaming uhd? Can i blame my ingrown toenail on "this administration"? Or how about a hurricane, that MUST be due to "this administration" giving mother nature the green light...
