    I see the issue periodically. It doesn't happen on every movie but maybe every 2nd or 3rd?

    As a note, I just got this problem  on UHD Harry Potter Potter 7 Part 2.  

    Note: My xbox reports an over 500 Mbps connection.

    Sense the update i haven't been able to watch any of the stuff i bought on Microsoft and i find it annoying. I manly watch after work in the am or if i bring a girl home so please tell me whats up thank you
