    You still having trouble? I haven't seen an issue for over a month now and have streamed a good number of movies.

    @stbean, I'm not sure any of the big players let you download 4k movies. Studios don't like to give rights to do that for fear of pirating. Some studios are very protective of their 4k in general, for example Disney doesn't let Google do 4k.

    Its a joke that xboxs uhd content simply wont run.  You need to make it very easy to get a refund until the bug is fixed.  It’s completely unacceptable in world where consumers have 6 different ways to purchase content to offer terrible product and service.  This is micosoft and your brand should matter to you

    please tell us the easiest way to get refunded for busted content delivery

    I have a 1Gigabit connection, download speed average 85MB/S, and thats Megabytes/s not Megabits/s. Whats with this, I paid lots of money for UHD playback and it cant even play on a Razer Blade Stealth 2018 with a integrated 1060 GTX with 6GB DDR5 VRAM. If I download it I get a miserable 720p version? Why advertise UHD when you cant even download a UHD version. I really dont like apple but if can do UHD ill switch.
