    Have you tried this?:

    Unsubscribe: On the question, select the ellipsis (...) and then select Unsubscribe.

    I don’t see the button on the mobile site but maybe the desktop version has it.

    Can you PLEASE remove this entire conversation from constantly showing up on our computer????? We CANNOT figure out how to delete our original question which is NO longer relevant, and we constantly see this popping up on our computer. There seems to be NO WAY to delete this stupid, ongoing question from our email. PLEASE!!

    I have hit this error the last two nights in a row. Other streaming services (netflix, hbo) but not Microsoft Movies and Tv. I am just streaming to a 1080p tv.
