2018-04-03T02:22:39+00:00 I've been getting the 0x000005b4 error frequently over the past three weeks. Other streaming apps work just fine. I've contacted MSFT support, Xbox support, and have reported the issue within Xbox One's problem reporter MANY times.
Three weeks later, and the support staff still act like they've never heard of this error before.
How long are we expected to wait for the fix? I'm certainly not purchasing anymore content through this service until it's rectified.

2019-03-06T00:17:36+00:00 Yes I am done with Microsoft also.
I have encountered the same issue with two movies that I need to downgrade to be able to watch them.
I applied for a refund and was told no.
I asked them to delete the two movies in question and I would repurchase them (ripoff) and still no reply.
What kind of service is this?
I will be moving to Playstation as Xbox support is ****.

2019-03-05T06:43:11+00:00 So. After hours on hold with support some one there recommended I apply for a refund. So three days later they responded with a no. Still no way to play the movie and no way to try to purchase another copy through the store. Microsoft essentially told me and most likely the rest of us to go **** ourselves. So they lost a customer that has literally spent thousands of dollars with them this past year over a movie and shoddy customer service. I'm done. If you see this post, well you know what you're in for. Go to your bank or cc company and dispute the charges asap or you'll never see the money again.
