How do I remove Microsoft Launch from my phone. The uninstall button is not lit up to be available to uninstall it. Please advise asap as this app has totally disrupted my phone, thank you.

I decided to respond to an email and sync my phone to 10. After downloading, ti presented one program after another to download and will not accept a refusal and it keeps showing me ads. I want my old control system back. I cannot erase Microsoft launcher but I did deactivate it. That has helped some. I have trouble getting the home page to have what I need on it and I have difficulty using it as a phone now at times although deactivating it did help this. Can I go back to my old management system on my galaxy 6?

I uninstalled it by going on 'microsoft launcher' in 'play store' on my samsung A5 and the uninstall option is there

2017-11-30T04:36:20+00:00 I'm a Samsung Galaxy S8 user. Find Settings>Apps>Microsoft Launcher. Tap on "Microsoft Launcher". Scroll down to "Set as Default" and tap. Now tap "CLEAR DEFAULTS". Tap the "<" at the top left of the screen. Uninstall is now available.
