Thanks, after a hour the grey was gone and able to uninstall it, best
how do I remove Microsoft Launcher from my phone
I decided to respond to an email and sync my phone to 10. After downloading, ti presented one program after another to download and will not accept a refusal and it keeps showing me ads. I want my old control system back. I cannot erase Microsoft launcher but I did deactivate it. That has helped some. I have trouble getting the home page to have what I need on it and I have difficulty using it as a phone now at times although deactivating it did help this. Can I go back to my old management system on my galaxy 6?

2017-11-15T15:33:40+00:00 I was having the same issue and I FOUND THE SOLUTION!!! I hated this app and went to uninstall, but it was greyed out and I only had the option to do a force stop.
I have a Samsung Galaxy 7, so hopefully this will help those with other phones as well.
Go to "Settings", then "Applications" and scroll down and open "Microsoft Launcher". If your "uninstall" is in grey, scroll down to "Store" and click "App details in store".
From there, it will allow you to click "Uninstall".
MY PHONE HAS BEEN RESTORED TO ALL ITS GLORY! OH HAPPY DAY!!!
I hope this helps! Have a good one, ya'll! xo
