Uninstall is grayed out. What now?
how do I remove Microsoft Launcher from my phone
I decided to respond to an email and sync my phone to 10. After downloading, ti presented one program after another to download and will not accept a refusal and it keeps showing me ads. I want my old control system back. I cannot erase Microsoft launcher but I did deactivate it. That has helped some. I have trouble getting the home page to have what I need on it and I have difficulty using it as a phone now at times although deactivating it did help this. Can I go back to my old management system on my galaxy 6?

2018-02-15T21:59:17+00:00 Hi,
You can try to uninstall Microsoft Launcher by opening your phone's Settings, click on Applications and then look for Microsoft Launcher. You can uninstall the app by clicking the Uninstall button. After uninstalling the application, you might need to restart your device. In the event that you'll experience any issues with changing your phone's launcher to default, we highly suggest that you contact the manufacturer of the device. They can provide you assistance with your concern because they have the expertise when it comes to navigating and managing the settings of your phone.

But I think what everyone is saying, is that the "uninstall" is grayed out. I don't want this software. I'm sorry I downloaded it.

2018-02-14T20:57:19+00:00 I took my android cellphone to Best Buy. I had gone to settings and apps and only Forced Stop was available NOT UNINSTALL.
THE GUY JUST WENT TO THE APP ICON ON ONE OF THE 4 OR 5 PAGES OF APPS EHICH I HAVE, HE PUT HIS FINGER ON THE MICROSOFT LAUNCHER ICON HELD IT DOWN AND DRAGGED IT TO THE GARBAGE CAN AND IT WAS GONE.
Nobody likes when an app takes over your phone and you can't simple delete it as you can with most apps. It will be a cold day in hell when I trust a Microsoft app which I'm not familiar with . I will Google it first. Microsoft should be ashamed.
