how do I remove Microsoft Launcher from my phone
I decided to respond to an email and sync my phone to 10. After downloading, ti presented one program after another to download and will not accept a refusal and it keeps showing me ads. I want my old control system back. I cannot erase Microsoft launcher but I did deactivate it. That has helped some. I have trouble getting the home page to have what I need on it and I have difficulty using it as a phone now at times although deactivating it did help this. Can I go back to my old management system on my galaxy 6?

2018-02-28T01:47:30+00:00 That's what the instructions with every message tell me to do BUT:
The ellipsis doesn't offer me 'unsubscribe' any more; it only offers me 'subscribe!' Something in the system thinks I already AM unsubscribed.
I have even tried 'subscribe' and then 'unsubscribe' but no luck.
Thanks for trying, though.

2018-02-27T02:05:21+00:00 My question was answered a long time ago and I, as a myself, have answered this several times for others.
It seems that nobody bothers to read this thread before jumping in with a repeat of the question or a repeat of the answer.
It also seems impossible to unsubscribe from this question from hell!
