I uninstalled Microsoft Launcher by going to the Google Play Store and looked for (Applications)Microsoft Launcher and tapped uninstall.
Hope that helps?

I decided to respond to an email and sync my phone to 10. After downloading, ti presented one program after another to download and will not accept a refusal and it keeps showing me ads. I want my old control system back. I cannot erase Microsoft launcher but I did deactivate it. That has helped some. I have trouble getting the home page to have what I need on it and I have difficulty using it as a phone now at times although deactivating it did help this. Can I go back to my old management system on my galaxy 6?

I believe if you deny all permissions first, you can force stop it, then the "uninstall" will work. At least it did for me. Good Luck!
go to google play and find microsoft launcher an uninstall from there.
Microsoft is of course a big heartless corporation, so it's only natural that it wouldn't think hijacking consumers' phones is a big deal. And that's exactly what is happening to millions of us.
Thanks for nothing. I will do without this piece of crap.
Hijacking is the perfect explanation!
Microsoft, this is a horrible answer.
You didn't just link our phones, you completely overrode the navigation, in a way that makes it hard to find all the apps we know we'll need. And now I've uninstalled, I see you've even disconnected the photo I like to have on my home and lock screens.
I'm still not sure what the benefits were going to be...but this level of depersonalization was not cool.
I agree. It's not that the launcher was installed, but to TOTALLY change the functionality of the phone screens without making the user aware of it BEFORE is VERY WRONG!. Not only did it totally change everything, it also deleted an email account that took a lot of doing to set up, now I have to go through quite a bit of headache to reinstall this email. Also I use my phone for business activities and this is a big interruption!
