I decided to respond to an email and sync my phone to 10. After downloading, ti presented one program after another to download and will not accept a refusal and it keeps showing me ads. I want my old control system back. I cannot erase Microsoft launcher but I did deactivate it. That has helped some. I have trouble getting the home page to have what I need on it and I have difficulty using it as a phone now at times although deactivating it did help this. Can I go back to my old management system on my galaxy 6?

Worked for me
You spoke the words straight from my heart, Phil! I'm so frustrated this morning I could scream!
I also had grayed out Uninstall button, could not see three dots in upper right and really wanted it off my phone - Galaxy7. I went back into Settings within the Launcher app and then at the bottom into store which took me to google play - yippee, an Uninstall button. Then I restarted phone and I seem to be back to my original settings. Phew.
I uninstalled it by going back into the 'play store' on my Samsung A5 and searching for 'Microsoft Launcher' and the uninstall option is there. Hope this helps
You guys have made the uninstall button inactive! This is crap!
