In order to get rid of this, I had to take my phone in to the tmobile store. Apparently, the app is a completely new launcher for the phone. In order to go back to your old launchcer - which was probably the default one - you have to figure out what the default launcher for your phone is, switch to that one, and then delete Microsoft Launcher. You cannot uninstall a launcher that is currently the one running your phone. That's why the uninstall button is greyed out.
how do I remove Microsoft Launcher from my phone
I decided to respond to an email and sync my phone to 10. After downloading, ti presented one program after another to download and will not accept a refusal and it keeps showing me ads. I want my old control system back. I cannot erase Microsoft launcher but I did deactivate it. That has helped some. I have trouble getting the home page to have what I need on it and I have difficulty using it as a phone now at times although deactivating it did help this. Can I go back to my old management system on my galaxy 6?

2018-04-02T18:32:08+00:00 Your app will not let me uninstall. The uninstall button is greyed out and non-reactive. Feels a little bit like being a prisoner of Skynet. I'm surprised Cortana's cheerful voice didn't take over my phone and tell me "I can't let you do that, [real name.]" when I tried to uninstall it.
Hello,
May i ask if you have gone to the Google Play Store and looked for the Microsoft Launch app and uninstall from there if you are still having issues?
