I decided to respond to an email and sync my phone to 10. After downloading, ti presented one program after another to download and will not accept a refusal and it keeps showing me ads. I want my old control system back. I cannot erase Microsoft launcher but I did deactivate it. That has helped some. I have trouble getting the home page to have what I need on it and I have difficulty using it as a phone now at times although deactivating it did help this. Can I go back to my old management system on my galaxy 6?

when i follow your instructions "uninstall" is dimmed out, not available.
Ok it's simple. Just go to the settings, search "home" and click it. Change the wizard to what you want, and you should be fine.
That's what the instructions with every message tell me to do BUT:
The ellipsis doesn't offer me 'unsubscribe' any more; it only offers me 'subscribe!' Something in the system thinks I already AM unsubscribed.
I have even tried 'subscribe' and then 'unsubscribe' but no luck.
Thanks for trying, though.
Unsubscribe: On the question, select the ellipsis (...) and then select Unsubscribe.
