I decided to respond to an email and sync my phone to 10. After downloading, ti presented one program after another to download and will not accept a refusal and it keeps showing me ads. I want my old control system back. I cannot erase Microsoft launcher but I did deactivate it. That has helped some. I have trouble getting the home page to have what I need on it and I have difficulty using it as a phone now at times although deactivating it did help this. Can I go back to my old management system on my galaxy 6?

I just tried doing that with my Android phone. Mind you, it's Android 8.0 on a Samsung Note 8 (Sprint) and you can't long press or go into the app and just uninstall the app from there.

Sorry to hear you are having this issue. Have you gone to the Google Play Store on your device and searched for the application Microsoft Launcher and click uninstall from there?
I was having the same problem and like you I tried anything then I found that if I went back to app the uninstall button worked there.
Alright. Possibly someone else answered, But I didn't want to sig down.. I had same issue. Running Android 5.1 on LG Sunset.. Go to settings->security->andministrators.. Uncheck box by microsoft launcher, return to apps and "should" be able to uninstall.. Hope it works for you.
I have just had to read through these posts to try to get rid of Microsoft Launcher. I hate how you literally have to go looking for a way to uninstall. Anyway that aside, I have just gone into my google play store and uninstalled the launcher app from there. All systems back to normal.

Since installing the Microsoft launcher software to my tracfone, I am unable to send or receive text messages. I cannot uninstall it because the Uninstall button while there is not clickable, only the force stop butoon is. Please help ASAP as I need my phone to work properly. Thank you,
Have you tried going to the Google Play Store and uninstall Microsoft Launcher from there?
