Bluetooth Keyboard PIN

I am having the same issue; namely, when I try to pair my keyboard (to a Win10 Mobile device) it sees the keyboard (Listing it as a "Bluetooth 3.0 Keyboard, Input") as available to pair.   When I touch on the keyboard to pair and it asks for the pin.  I do not know the PIN and there is no default PIN for the device.  (I attempted to pair the Keyboard to an Android device, the Android device generated a new PIN and I entered that and it works with that device).

It appears that I need to wipe out the Win10 device's previous association with the BT keyboard so that I can start the pairing process again, but I cannot find any documentation on how to do that.

    Guys I found a solution!!!!!!

    Go to control panel, device and printer, add new device, select your device then click next, when the prompt of entering the code shows up, simple put "0000" on your laptop/pc with a wire keyboard, but don't hit enter, then type "0000" on your bluetooth keyboard and hit enter right after on bluetooth keyboard, and then click next or enter I don't remember on pc/laptop.

    I did the same, but it only worked when I used a 8-digit pin (12345678, to be exact). Thank you!

    In the year 2022 this what I did.

    1.USE a PLUG IN keyboard and enter 0000 and if it failed try 1234 as the CODE.

    1. You must you the PLUG IN keyboard to click CONNECT.
    2. Whatever code you used (0000 or 1234) THEN type in the same CODE ZAGG device.
    3. After typing the same number on the ZAGG device Push the ZAGG device enter key.

    MY Device got connected after that. Good luck to all.
