Does anyone know how to delete a previous connection of the Win10 device to the BT keyboard so I can start the pairing process again, but I can't find the documentation on how to do it.
Bluetooth Keyboard PIN
Split from this thread.
I am having the same issue; namely, when I try to pair my keyboard (to a Win10 Mobile device) it sees the keyboard (Listing it as a "Bluetooth 3.0 Keyboard, Input") as available to pair. When I touch on the keyboard to pair and it asks for the pin. I do not know the PIN and there is no default PIN for the device. (I attempted to pair the Keyboard to an Android device, the Android device generated a new PIN and I entered that and it works with that device).
It appears that I need to wipe out the Win10 device's previous association with the BT keyboard so that I can start the pairing process again, but I cannot find any documentation on how to do that.

2019-07-31T16:36:14+00:00 Hi,
You can deinstall a blutooth-device in the Windows Settings for devices
or You can deinstall the whole device in device Manager and activate again by tipping the right mouse button and search for new Hardware.
I hope, I could help You, Sepp.

Now, in the last Windows 10 functional upgrade (1903) Microsoft changed the method for connecting a Keyboard obviously. Windows 10 pretends now an 8 Digit number, You have to enter at keaboard. So is also my normal understanding.
YSc Sepp.

2019-08-04T15:52:10+00:00 HELLO EVERYONE!
I had the same issue, I failed to pair my wireless Bluetooth k1280 id:zgvk1280 ( Chinese brand) on my wins 10. and then it popped up to add the pin code. I found one of the answers in this community but I did not expect it will work. actually, it worked though. First of all: type " 0000" by using the laptop keyboard or normal keyboard that you are usually using and press the "connect "after that you should immediately type "0000" on your pair keyboard and press "ENTER" on the keyboard. it will work perfectly. if it won't work please try at least 3 times. hope this help

Hey this happened to me too. Instead of trying to pair your keyboard by clicking the “+ add bluetooth or other device” i went to the “related settings” on the right and clicked devices and printers. I didnt see my keyboard there so i clicked add device and it showed up and told me to enter the password into my keyboard and under that it gives you the option to enter a pin they give you and that worked for me.
