Bluetooth Keyboard PIN

I am having the same issue; namely, when I try to pair my keyboard (to a Win10 Mobile device) it sees the keyboard (Listing it as a "Bluetooth 3.0 Keyboard, Input") as available to pair.   When I touch on the keyboard to pair and it asks for the pin.  I do not know the PIN and there is no default PIN for the device.  (I attempted to pair the Keyboard to an Android device, the Android device generated a new PIN and I entered that and it works with that device).

It appears that I need to wipe out the Win10 device's previous association with the BT keyboard so that I can start the pairing process again, but I cannot find any documentation on how to do that.

    I know the question is old but I keep bumping into it so I'm sharing 2 possible solutions for anyone else struggling:

    1. In the screenshot in the question just put in a PIN on the available keyboard and press Connect. Then on the bluetooth keyboard enter the same PIN and press enter

    (as suggested by someone else on this chain)

    1. From a Powershell / Command window run DevicePairingWizard.exe to pair the device. This thankfully works for me even on a laptop where I have no admin rights

    I hope this helps someone in the future.
