Bluetooth Keyboard PIN

Split from this thread.

I am having the same issue; namely, when I try to pair my keyboard (to a Win10 Mobile device) it sees the keyboard (Listing it as a "Bluetooth 3.0 Keyboard, Input") as available to pair.   When I touch on the keyboard to pair and it asks for the pin.  I do not know the PIN and there is no default PIN for the device.  (I attempted to pair the Keyboard to an Android device, the Android device generated a new PIN and I entered that and it works with that device).

It appears that I need to wipe out the Win10 device's previous association with the BT keyboard so that I can start the pairing process again, but I cannot find any documentation on how to do that.

    1. In the screenshot in the question just enter in any PIN on the available keyboard and press Connect. Then on the bluetooth keyboard enter the same PIN and press enter (as suggested by someone else on this chain)
    2. From a Powershell / Command window run DevicePairingWizard.exe to pair the device. This thankfully works for me even on a laptop where I have no admin rights

Mine quit responding, now it wants a PIN after removing it and attempting to pair again, and there is no PIN. At all. Never was. What the heck do I do?
