Bluetooth Keyboard PIN

I am having the same issue; namely, when I try to pair my keyboard (to a Win10 Mobile device) it sees the keyboard (Listing it as a "Bluetooth 3.0 Keyboard, Input") as available to pair.   When I touch on the keyboard to pair and it asks for the pin.  I do not know the PIN and there is no default PIN for the device.  (I attempted to pair the Keyboard to an Android device, the Android device generated a new PIN and I entered that and it works with that device).

It appears that I need to wipe out the Win10 device's previous association with the BT keyboard so that I can start the pairing process again, but I cannot find any documentation on how to do that.

    I found solution for my keyboard... When it pops out to put PIN just tipe 4 digit number and click connect and then press the same 4 digit PIN code on your bluetooth keyboard and press enter/return

    Works for me.

    Good j buddy, using an analog input device helps or another wireless one that works

    I also did before the process above:

    1. update my PC virus protection and windows update and all other programs

    2, Changed the setting on my VPN, a new location and anti-virus program is in encrypted mode

    3. Cleared the browser activity or history

    4. Reboot the PC

    5. Connected the device with the VPN on and Internet off

    * I away watch clips and movies in Privacy Mode or anything that requires streaming data for work or play.

    In the year 2022 this what I did.

    1.USE a PLUG IN keyboard and enter 0000 and if it failed try 1234 as the CODE.

    1. You must you the PLUG IN keyboard to click CONNECT.
    2. Whatever code you used (0000 or 1234) THEN type in the same CODE ZAGG device.
    3. After typing the same number on the ZAGG device Push the ZAGG device enter key.

    MY Device got connected after that. Good luck to all.
