This solution worked for me Thanks
Bluetooth Keyboard PIN
Split from this thread.
I am having the same issue; namely, when I try to pair my keyboard (to a Win10 Mobile device) it sees the keyboard (Listing it as a "Bluetooth 3.0 Keyboard, Input") as available to pair. When I touch on the keyboard to pair and it asks for the pin. I do not know the PIN and there is no default PIN for the device. (I attempted to pair the Keyboard to an Android device, the Android device generated a new PIN and I entered that and it works with that device).
It appears that I need to wipe out the Win10 device's previous association with the BT keyboard so that I can start the pairing process again, but I cannot find any documentation on how to do that.

2019-02-26T23:51:23+00:00 I had the same issue pairing a nexxtech 8063390 3.0 Bluetooth Keyboard to my Microsoft Surface Pro 2 running Windows 10 Pro. I didn't write down the password and couldn't connect the keyboard without the password.
I plugged in a USB keyboard, typed 1234 and clicked on connect. I then typed 1234 on the Bluetooth keyboard, pressed enter, and the Bluetooth keyboard connected.

2019-02-26T06:42:29+00:00 This solved it for me. None of the other solutions worked for me. Having to go the back way through the Devices and Printers is what worked. In fact, I'm typing this response on my BT keyboard. Thanks!!

Hi, I tried the above-mentioned method.
It allows me to add device, it sees the designed keyboard. It then generates a new code and asks to enter the code on the designer keyboard. That is where my problem lies, the keyboard will not accept/react to anything.
When I type the code nothing happens, I've tried to make sure the number lock is on, and even used the F function number nothing happens!!!!
Please help!!!
