Activation error 0x803fa067 windows 10

3 days ago I bought a new key for windows 10 home because I upgraded my hardware.

When I use the key it gives the error 0x803fa067.

I searched all over the web and also tried the phone activation, nothing worked.

    Switch off any internet connection and use the pro product keys

    Hello Clifford.

    Thank you for your reply, unfortunately, that didn't work, now it instead say I have a windows 10 home edition running windows 10 pro, and that I can't activate using that key, and that I need to re-install a home edition of windows 10 instead.

    Is there any way that I can use the key to upgrade my microsoft account to windows 10 pro? Because I do really not wish to reinstall, after all the trouble I've been through.

    Good day 

    Download windows 10 update assistant or troubleshoot windows update Go tosettings,  update & security,  troubleshoot, windows update.

    Enter the Windows 10 Pro Default key under change product key.

    X3W8N-3WQCV-2MXDF-K77MK-7XMP6

    Or

    VK7JG-NPHTM-C97JM-9MPGT-3V66T

    Note: This default key will not activate the system, just take you to Pro so you can activate using a valid Pro key that you will provide.

    I am trying to upgrade a new computer from win10 home to win10 pro, I bought the license from my choice software company, when I change the key it pass the first step but when is start updating the software send the next error:
