Activation error 0x803fa067 windows 10

3 days ago I bought a new key for windows 10 home because I upgraded my hardware.

When I use the key it gives the error 0x803fa067.

I searched all over the web and also tried the phone activation, nothing worked.

    I was told I cannot take the upgraded Windows 10 to my new computer.
