hi, I have a mini pc model zw83 that I needed to completely format and reinstall Windows 10... my problem is the same described from other users, I mean Windows doesn't recognize the serial in UEFI, so I can't activate Windows… Can you help me?

3 days ago I bought a new key for windows 10 home because I upgraded my hardware.
When I use the key it gives the error 0x803fa067.
I searched all over the web and also tried the phone activation, nothing worked.
