Activation error 0x803fa067 windows 10

3 days ago I bought a new key for windows 10 home because I upgraded my hardware.

When I use the key it gives the error 0x803fa067.

I searched all over the web and also tried the phone activation, nothing worked.

    i have booted my os after that my window screen got big and stretched 

    and my control panel is also empty so can you please suggest the software's to install in my system 

    i am sending you my uninstall panel  that i have installed software till now 

    windows 7 professional
