Activation error 0x803fa067 windows 10

It could be detected that the Windows installed on your computer is not genuine or the previous update you installed could be the cause as to why you encounter this issue. Just to ask, which build of Windows 10 are you using? To know about it, hit Start, type Winver and then press Enter. You could also press Windows Key + R, type Winver into the Run dialog and press Enter.

Furthermore, we suggest that you do these steps for us to know if the Windows installed on your computer is a genuine copy or not:

1. Open Start, type: CMD.
2. Right click CMD.
3. Click Run as administrator.
4. At the prompt, type: slmgr.vbs /dlv.
5. Hit Enter.

After these steps, please provide us with a screenshot of it. You may refer to this linkon how to include a screenshot in your post.

You may also use the Activation troubleshooter. To use the troubleshooter, select the Start  button, select Settings> Update & security> Activation, and then select Troubleshoot. You must be an administrator to use this option.

I am struggling with pretty much the same problem.

I've built a new PC and wanted to start with a fresh install of Windows. So rather then go through the hassle of contacting Mircosoft to tell them I am changing hardware and ask if they would be willing to transfer my windows to my new PC I decided to use my friends USB UFIE windows installer to install windows, I then purchased an OEM key online. 

Now I am presented with the same error message when I try to use the OEM to activate my new windows. Would I be correct in thinking that this is because I have installed a retail version of windows, thus it won't accept an OEM key?

If so where can I download an OEM windows installer from ?

I have the same error, my key supplier was 'Fair Software'
