I cannot find the Tunneling Adapter download. I have tried the solutions that have been given, and nothing works. Where can I download it from?

    Microsoft Teredo Tunneling Adapter isn't even in this list.

    Nothing is shown under Manufacturer, Microsoft.

    I haven't been able to find the Teredo Adapter either. It's not shown under my Network adapters and when I go to Actions, add Hardware, it's not listed under the Microsoft Manufacturer.

    Help!

    It also did not help me at all. 

    Why I try to run diagnosis, it always says  the admin would have disable it locally

    How the hell can that be if I  am the admin and I didn't disable anything ???

    When I run diagnosis  it always says, that the admin would have disabled it locally.  

    Well, how can that be?  I  am the admin and I did not disable anything !!
