I cannot find the Tunneling Adapter download. I have tried the solutions that have been given, and nothing works. Where can I download it from?

They're not going to help you, MICROSOFT doesn't care about this issue, they haven't fixed it in years, look for the Nat Fix on the Xbox Page, there is a command to Enable Teredo through command console, you have to do this EVERY TIME you want to play on your xbox app. They're soo lazy about this issues, i play xbox games on my Pc but i wish some time well get to play like we do on Steam with no mayor issues like this. Anyway they're too busy with the dummy updates.
When you are in the add hardware tab, the microsoft teredo tunneling adapter isnt in the microsoft tab of it. please help because im very confused.
